There’s a little story behind every loaf at Feather & Flour 🤍
I didn’t learn to make bread from Pinterest…
I learned from a born-and-raised Italian 🇮🇹 — Franco Esposito, owner of Franco’s Italian Restaurant
And listen… that man had opinions 😂
If the dough was too sticky? Wrong.
Too dry? Also wrong.
Took a shortcut? Absolutely not, jail. 🚫🍞
There may or may not have been some spicy Italian words thrown around in the kitchen (none of which I understood… but I felt them in my soul) 😅
But honestly… that’s where I learned everything.
He taught me that good bread isn’t rushed, isn’t guessed, and definitely isn’t half-done. It’s felt, worked, and made with a whole lot of passion (and maybe a little yelling 😆)
So every loaf you see at the stand?
It’s got a little bit of that Italian attitude baked right in 🇮🇹✨
