How do you cook your greens? I love collard greens! This is the way I usually cook them, i don't put pepper flakes in because I want people to control their own heat, so I put flakes, hot sauce and my spicy garlic salt out on the table. I also don't cook with vinegar, although I do clean with it. How You cook yours?
