We started originally as a FFA project for Racheal and has grown in the years since, and continues to grow thanks to our loyal as well as new customers who visit us every week throughout the summer at our various Market locations. We sell our Spray Free produce at the Sandusky Farmers Market every Saturday 8am to Noon and the Lakeside Farmers Markets Tuesdays and Fridays 9am to Noon. We use a lot of basil for seasoning scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes and many other dishes. This year we decided to freeze dry basil for this winter. The tray was completely full and it shrunk in size by half. For storage we vacuumed packaged the basil. The whole house smells like basil. We are looking forward to using it.

Don't know what to do with microgreens? They are absolutely delicious on egg or ham salad sandwiches. Microgreens are dense in nutrients and taste good. Why not add a little more vitamins to your diet. Purchase them this week from Racheal's Veggies at any of the following markets: Lakeside on Tuesday and Friday; on Saturday at either the Norwalk Farmer's Market or Sandusky Market.
