We source as much as we can from small ethical farms in Michigan, because...well, we love Michigan. And in our opinion we think that supporting these farms in any way that we can is the best thing to do. Cultured strives to use the cleanest and freshest ingredients possible for all of our ferments. As an artisan fermentary it’s very important to us to pay attention to quality of ingredients, by wo
