The summer veggies are in, and you’ll find lots of friendly faces at Farmers Market this week as the weather cools down a bit and we can all enjoy the park. There are cold drinks, snacks, tamales and salsa, and lots of local meats and crafts. We’re open 3 to 5:30, year ‘round, rain or shine. We can provide market bucks for those short on cash with a swipe of your credit or debit card. We honor EBT cards and double your money with Market Match, good for all those fresh vegetables. And we have a new program for WIC card holders and qualifying seniors to add more vegetables to your basket.

This Thursday, June 4th, at Willits Farmers Market 3-5:30

The season is moving on. No tomatoes yet, but the Lake County raspberries are in and Mike and Anika from Edenberry Farm will be rejoining the market this week. We’ve also enjoyed fabulous strawberries from Cerro Negro for the last few weeks. And there’s lots more. Plenty of veggies of all sorts (tomatoes and pepper excepted for a bit), local meat from chicken to sausages, local prepared foods, and crafts. Music too. Every week at Bud Snider Park, Humboldt and State Streets, just down the street from Northspur Brewing. We’re open 3 to 5:30 PM every Thursday, year ‘round. We honor EBT cards and have special benefits for WIC card holders and qualifying senior. We also exchange Market Bucks good with any vendor for a swipe of your credit or debit card.

Something for everyone even if it’s not quite tomato season yet. And there’s local meat, eggs, and prepared foods. Hot food from Fairall’s Farm and Cocina Picante, cool drinks from Moonflower Tea Co. And crafts, too. Every Thursday, 3 to 5:30 PM at Bud Snyder Park through October.

Expect another brilliant late spring day, with lots of produce (even some summer veggies), local meat and eggs, hot foods from Fairall’s Farm and Cocina Picante, cold drinks from Deborah, and lots more. We’re at the Park every Thursday through the end of October, 3 PM to 5:30 PM. There’s parking near the park but please, take care as you search for a spot: there are children at play.

Yes, finally, we’re back in the park, Bud Snider Park, that is, across from City Hall. We’re on State Street, the north side. There’s parking across Commercial in the City lots, just a block from market in the back of the Skunk Train lot (City owned), and elsewhere. Please drive slowly and alertly near Imagination Station and the playground. And don’t, for heaven’s sake, block red zones or residents’ driveways!

We’re open at 3 PM, go ‘til 5:30, with lots of fresh veggies, eggs, local meat, hot food, cold food, cool drinks, and more. We honor EBT/SNAP cards and double your benefits with Market Match. Some of our produce vendors take WIC. We have Senior and Family benefits, too. And we’ll exchange market vouchers for a swipe of your credit or debit card.
