🚨 NEW PRODUCT 🚨 We are excited to share our Craft Bourbon Fermented Whole Seed Mustard! It will be available at markets this spring and for delivery starting today. Last night we tried it on an (see pics) - Sourdough bread from toasted with drizzle oil, patê, Brie cheese, cornichons and a homemade sautéed onions and pancetta lardons jam.

Took home the 🥇 Judge’s Choice 1st Place Chili Trophy 🏆 at the annual competition. Tough competition from other local teams. Our champion ingredient was smoked short-rib cubes from covered in our brisket rub, used the left-over smoked bones, marrow and tallow to get the max smoke locator in the chili.
