Don't sleep on the Boneless Pork Loin this summer. It's incredibly moist, flavorful, and can be seasoned with a variety of spices—from all purpose rubs to sweet and spicy to Asian-inspired and beyond.

While it's easy to bake, summer is the perfect time to grill your pork loin. Cook over direct, high heat (~5-7 minutes per side) to get a char, then finish on the indirect heat side of your grill until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Fresh never frozen, these have been wet aged for a minimum of 28 days for flavor and tenderness. Steaks are cut at an average of 24oz.
