Yoga On the Farm is back! 🧘‍♀️🌼

Join us on August 15th at 8am in the flower barn for Yoga & U-pick! You all loved it so much that we had to bring it back 😊

Kelley Hoag, Founder of Root to Rise Health (Kelley Hoag, M.S. - Somatic Therapist), will lead you through a gentle 45-min yoga flow before you head out to the fields for some flower picking! 🌸

Our barn is always stocked with the best goodies—including artisan sourdough free of fillers & preservatives, grass fed & finished tallow body creams, local honey and more! 🍯🐝

Join us on August 8th at 8am for a morning of Mat Pilates in the barn followed by U-pick flowers! ✂️💐

Noelle, owner & founder of Sol Pilates (Sol Pilates), will lead you through a 45 minute Mat Pilates session in the flower barn. (She’s the best in the biz!) 💛
