This sweet mama of three mentioned how many supplements she used to order each month to make sure her kids stayed healthy. She mentioned Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, etc. I can't even remember them all! Now she just gives them 1/2 tsp of syrup each morning and feels like she's rocking it as a mom!
