Gratitude post series!!! We have the best customers and today we show gratitude. Meet Omar. He just got married and Power Life had the honor to help him fit in his jacket and feel his best on the most special day!!

“My favorite hobbies are playing soccer, working out, and just hanging out with my family.

What value does using Power Life Meals add to your life?
- Power Life is great because it’s convenient, the deliveries are organized, and the food is delicious! The best thing is that everything is portioned out, and the macros are calculated. So for someone like me, who is sticking to a strict keto lifestyle, that is very important.

I work at Well Naturally, a holistic wellness center on Singer Island, and we are a keto shop – keto for inflammation reduction, keto for insulin resistance, keto for disease prevention, and disease management.

I practice what we preach, but as a single person, it’s not cost effective or feasible to have a variety of homemade dishes. With power life meals I can!

What is your most important goal right now?
-Glucose management. I test my blood glucose and blood ketones 2-4 times daily; Keeping my glucose in the lower range and recovering quickly after a meal, is my goal. Then the weight loss, which is also a goal, will come.

-Powerlife has really impressed me and I trust them implicitly –the food is so fresh, delivered twice weekly, and I can’t stress enough that I love their clean ingredients and nutritional information on each meal. Unlike other meal plans, they do not add ANY sugar!

How do you use your extra time not cleaning and cooking?
-I spend most of my days caring for and worrying about our clients at Well Naturally. I am beyond grateful that I am able to do this work, it brings me such gratification, but many days I am wiped out by days end, and I don’t want to cook when I get home. I know I am not alone!

Being able to throw a Power Life Meal in the oven for 20 minutes and have a perfectly beautiful home-cooked meal, where I don’t have to worry about macros, is a treat and is helping me meet my goals!

“Hi! My name is Holly. I'm an online college instructor, so I work from home, which is great, but my hours are long and the work can be challenging at times. I love working out! Rowing and lifting heavy are my favorite activities. I am so glad I found Power Life Meals! When I come home from the gym, exhausted and sore, I can just pop a meal in the microwave and 2 minutes later, I am eating a full course delicious meal! This saves me so much time, especially since my job is demanding.
