🌤️Happy Thursday ! The weekend we’ve been waiting all summer for has finally arrived, it’s The Wilton Blueberry Festival! Our marketeers have been hard at work this week to bring you the best of their local goodies, blueberries and all. 🫐
📍This weekend, we’ll be in a grassy spot between Franklin Savings Bank and the Play Museum, across from our usual spot at the Wilton United Methodist Church. Our vendors will be set up on the tail-end of the festival from 9a-3p. Look for our red market yard signs, banners and balloons!
Here’s some of what we’ll be offering this weekend!
🐐Faith from Dreamin Fahm will have her usual stock of goaty cheese and curds, flavored for the festival: blueberry basil chevre and jalapeno chevre. She’ll also have blueberry chocolate and blueberry vanilla fudge available! There may also be some no-bake treats involved but if you’re looking for a hot and fruity BBQ sauce, her husband Jonesy will be bringing along a batch! 🔥 🫐
🥬We do hope to have a selection of produce available for our WIC table for those looking for a quick salad ingredient before or after your time at the festival. We’ll be sure to post an update with what produce we’ll have so stay tuned!
🍞Judy with Homemade at Home Acres will be offering her always delicious baked goods, now with more blueberries! Blueberry bread, hand pies, muffins, cookies and donuts will all be available. If you’re looking for something more savory, she’ll also have mild and sweet Italian and hot sausages, ground pork and fresh butter! 🧈
🎪Bonnie from Grant Family Kitchen will be in her red tent, filled with various pickled items and pantry staples. Including her popular roasted garlic and onion jam! Alongside those, she’ll also have blueberry cinnamon rolls available, which pair great with our coffee table items!
