Country Grown’s Mississippi Pot Roast

- Country Grown Chuck Roast
- Jar of Pepperoncinis
- Brown Gravy Mix
- Pint of diced mushrooms
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Parsley
- Thyme
- Salt

Turn your crockpot on high for 8 hours. Add your Country Grown’s Chuck Roast, pepperoncinis + the juice, and roughly (2) packets of brown gravy. Add a teaspoon of each of your spices and mix around. Make sure all of the spices are stirred into the juices. If it feels too thick, you can add a cup of water! Once the crockpot has 4 hours remaining, go ahead and add your mushrooms. Once the roast is done, shred with a fork. Serve over mashed potatoes + corn! Pairs well with biscuits as well. Enjoy!
