K O H L R A B I is at the market!

But what is it? What do you do with it?

Kohlrabi is from the cabbage family, but is a blend between a cabbage and a turnip (also know as a German Turnip).

Kohlrabi can be eaten raw or cooked! You can simply cut the rind off and enjoy-salt it if you’d like! You can also sauté it, boil and mash it, shred it to use for slaws and add to your salads, or cube and roast it until tender!

Did you know we carry our very own Candied Jalapeño Slices? These sweet-and-spicy jalapeños are one of those products that disappear fast once people try them!

A few tasty ways to enjoy them:

We have a Sunrise burger for the special today: WOFM beef burger topped with a fried egg, cheddar cheese, and Kunzler bacon—served with chips! 🍔
