Are you ever filling out a cut sheet and wondering what is what? 😅 If that’s you, you aren’t alone- so here’s another post explaining some of the cuts on our cut sheet. 😄
Today’s featured cuts are the Top Round, Bottom Round, and Eye Round Roasts- taken from the hind quarter of a beef. This is a lean meat with a richer beefy flavor. Our favorite way to use roasts like this is to cook them slowwllllyyy until tender and then make a roast gravy, served over mashed potatoes 😋 This is also a great meat to use for jerky.
