Good morning!
It’s a great day to visit the farm!

🥬I spent the morning harvesting fresh kale (two varieties), Swiss chard and collard greens! I also harvested a few bundles of herbs: basil, parsley, sage and mint!

🍅We also have some tomatoes now! Ours aren’t quite ready so we’ve sourced some homegrown from Tennessee.

🥕🥧🍰Baked goods are stocked & we have pies, loaf cakes, cinnamon rolls, crumble bars, cookies & a few gluten free items!

🥩if you’re looking for 100% grass fed/ grass finished beef we are fully stocked in the store! We also have two beef shares left for pickup next month if anyone interested! 🍯we still have a few jars of honey left from our hives at the farm. It’s always light golden at this time of year. This honey is the freshest of fresh because it was just harvested LAST WEEK! We won’t be harvesting again for a few more weeks so if you’re in- be sure to grab a jar!

🍕we are now selling Bethlehem Farm wood fired pizzas we have regular cheese, gluten-free cheese and gluten-free pizza dough!

👕🔟YEAR anniversary tees are now in!! These are limited edition and once they’re gone, they’re gone! We’d love for you to get one to wear in honor of our farm markets 10 year anniversary!

We have so much more than what’s listed here but those are just a few highlights I wanted to share.
