One of them is they are able to come to your location and slaughter your animal. This helps keep the stress to a minimum and the farmer can watch the process, ask questions and be involved. Then the animal will be taken back to A Bar H and processed, under Texas Custom Exempt inspection, meaning the meat is only for the owner and cannot be sold. The other option is, they are able to transport your

livestock to a USDA inspected facility, then bring your carcass back to our site and process to your specifications. This option allows you to retail your own product.
