Returning and NEW sausage alert 🚨 I whipped up a few sausages yesterday, some in bulk/ground, some stuffed in casings. I’ll give you a hint on these three: one has sauerkraut and Swiss cheese and tastes like a Reuben, one is a brat from a place also known as Deutschland, and one is sweetened by bees with some heat 🔥.

We also have more Chorizo Mexicano, Clementina’s Italian, and a new one I’ve been wanting to do since we opened. Inspired by a Winona staple: Bloedows Maple Bacon Long John, we’ve got a Bloedows Maple Bacon Long Sausage, perfect for making breakfast patties this weekend.

Also, don’t forget to call or stop by to reserve your rib roasts for the holidays. We’ll have a limited amount of prime-grade boneless prime rib roasts ($25/lb) and bone-in upper choice rib roasts ($22/lb). Both available whole (16lbs) or in half (8lbs).

Also also, we’re taking orders for whole or half hams cured and smoked by the wonderful folks at Falls Meat Service!
