This year has been a great!

We’re so glad for everyone we’ve met and even made friendships from a lot of you.

I hate to announce once again we are full and will not be taking anymore for this afternoon hunt!

If anyone decides to participate in urban archery it will be by phone appts only.

Had a request on xtra xtra hot sausage. “Hot as we could get it”, well we stuck to ingredients that taste good and not just burn your throat out but let me tell ya this should be hot! Smells delicious to be honest but you can see the red pepper and pepper powder in the mix after being ground!

Well it’s been a week, but we are back grinding away literally. Making some amazing product for the local hunters. Between the venison burger (pictured) and southern style sausage, our famous hot sausage and some regular sausage we’ve ground up over 300lbs the past two days. We’re putting the 1.5 grinder through its paces!
We will be intaking and back normal tomorrow afternoon! Lay’em down we got ya covered here at DMP!

Unfortunately at this time no more summer sausage for the year. The Traeger decided it has had enough and went up in smoke! I apologize to the customers ready to get some and thank everyone for understanding. We’re still going to do everything on the menu besides summer sausage until we get a replacement.
