Make dad two of his favorite things this year for Father's Day. Our Bacon Wrapped Steak Bites are easy and use two of the best meats there are: Nueske's Smoked Peppered Bacon and tenderloin.

Recipe:
• 8 oz Nueske's Smoked Peppered Bacon
• 16 oz Steak Tenderloin

Instructions:
• Cook bacon in oven at 400 for 8-10 minutes. Cut steak into 1 in cubes and pan sear to desired temperature.
• Wrap steak in bacon and pierce with skewer.

It is created using pork tenderloin, Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon, pecans, goat cheese, risotto potato tower, caramelized cauliflower puree, summer cherry relish, and red wine cherry gastrique served with Xavier Vignon Côtes du Rhône. What a dish!
