We are officially closing.
This is a painful statement that I never wanted to write. I truly did anything I could think of to keep the store open, in hopes that greater change would follow.
I'm sure a lot of you are more than ready to throw your picket signs at us that say, "good riddance" and "I told you so", but I have taken pride with what we've accomplished here to keep it open for as long as we have.
We know it is not the ideal store and has not been for a while, but I promise everyday we were in there trying to place the pieces for a fully functioning, successful, and respected business again.
To everyone else that has watched this process, offered advice, lent a helping hand, listened, showed us true community support. Thank You. Never once did it go unnoticed and will forever be appreciated.
To my coworkers that stuck it out til the end, I could not have done this without all of you. We are a great team. Despite so many setbacks, we banded together and did what I don't think many could or would have. You continued to work in any way you could to help see the store grow and every one of you should be proud. You guys are awesome.
I know there are community members that depended on this store and plenty of people who just wanted a convenient place to shop and I'm sorry.
I also know a lot of you want to hear this statement from an owner, but as you can see, I'm really all you've got.
I have grown such an adoration for this store and I've learned a tremendous amount within every aspect of working here. I only wish the best for whatever the future holds for the store. It is a staple and should not be left to dust. Just like many of you are, I am disappointed and saddened with this current outcome, but hopefully we won't have to feel this way for long!

Our tentative closing date is Saturday, 6/20/26 or when stock runs out.
What's left of the Produce and Fresh Meat for the week are excluded from the sale.
Amenities that are not our property WILL be contacted Monday during their business hours. When I get that information together I will post the time lines here and at the store immediately.
