🍁 Maple Dijon Glazed Chicken (Sweet & Savory Favorite)
This one is perfect for our Dark & Robust syrup—it brings out that deep, caramelized flavor beautifully.

🛒 Ingredients
• 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
• 1/4 cup Patnoe’s Sugar Shack maple syrup 🍁
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp whole grain mustard (optional for texture)
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme



👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic, and a pinch of salt & pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
4. Pour the maple glaze over the chicken.
5. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, until fully cooked.
6. Spoon the thickened glaze over the chicken before serving.



✨ Why it works

The maple syrup caramelizes with the mustard and garlic, creating a rich, slightly tangy glaze with a smooth finish—perfect for showing off that “velvety” quality you described.
