You win Mother Nature! We regret to inform you that the Wonder Lake Farmer and Makers Market scheduled for today, June 17, 2026, has been canceled.

Please know that this decision was not made lightly as we were really looking forward to making some new doggy friends this evening. 🦮🐾🐶

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for our area for a Significant Thunderstorm Risk ⛈️with associated threats: Level 4 of 5 Tornado Risk 🌪️Level 3 of 5 Damaging Wind Risk, with winds reaching up to 80 mph 💨
Level 2 of 5 Large Hail Risk, with hail sizes up to that of a golf ball
🫧 and a Significant Flooding Risk.

Given these risks, we believe it is in everyone's best interest to prioritize safety and cancel today's market.

We missed you last week due to the weather, but we are excited to announce our return on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, for the Dog Days of Summer Event at the Wonder Lake Farmer and Makers Market.

Join us from 4 to 8 PM for an enhanced selection of vendors focused on pet ownership, including:
🦴 Pet treat vendors
✂️ A dog groomer offering nail trims to benefit a local dog rescue
🦮 Pet trainers
🐾 Doggy daycare services
🐶 And much more!

In addition, we will feature a variety of market vendors offering delicious baked goods, local agricultural products, artisans, and makers. Don’t forget that La Pequeña Mariposa will be onsite serving up mouthwatering food! As a special treat, local musician Drew Wiegman will be playing his cello from 5 to 8 PM.

We regret to announce that the Wonder Lake Farmer and Makers Market scheduled for today, June 10, 2026, has been canceled.

Please know that this decision was not made lightly. Over the past few days, we have been closely monitoring the weather conditions, and while it is currently sunny, the increasing wind speeds are a major concern.

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for our area, citing several rounds of severe thunderstorms expected throughout the day. The main threats include damaging to destructive winds with potential speeds up to 75 mph, large hail up to 1 inch in diameter, and a minimal risk of tornadoes. Given these risks, we believe it is in everyone's best interest to prioritize safety and cancel today's market.
