We have some extremely tasty bresola, light but complex bright garlic and classic Mediterranean herb notes. Finishes with some subtle pine-y finish from the juniper berries. 🍷🌿

Two sunny weekends in a row???? We have been BLESSED ! ☀️🙌 We’re extra stocked up this weekend— plenty of sausages to choose from, we got our famous Hennessy & Apricot Bratwurst, nice and spicy andouille, and of course our classic regular bratwurst, Texas hotlink and breakfast sausage. 🌭🔥

We have some beautiful beef in from our favorite place Royal Ranch. Some beautiful t-bones and porterhouses from Lot 29 in southern Idaho, they do Charolais cattle, a really cool ancient breed of steer. Nice and muscular, it’s plenty of fat. 🥩💪

Burgers, hot dogs, pickled veggies from Local Roots in Duvall, compound butter, house made twice baked potatoes. 🍔🌽🥔

Marinated chicken breast, marinated steak tips and our Maui flank. We’ve got whatever you need to make your dinner special !! Let’s enjoy this beautiful Pacific Northwest weekend together ❤️🌲
