Well, I guess this is a good time to come on here and say—WE DO NOT IMPORT ANY BEEF—all of our beef comes from Royal Ranch in eastern Washington. All natural, no hormones, non-GMO fed. We understand the cost of protein has jumped—especially beef— but with us, you support local. You support local farmers and ranchers, you support people who live in Woodinville, who then put money back into Woodinville, not some corporation. We are passionate about our product, and we will always make sure you are satisfied no matter what. It’s time to stop supporting mega corporations, stop by and support your local butcher, bookstore, bakery, whatever it is. Don’t let the big guys win.

It all starts with our left over sausage, we take a jalapeño and shove it full of cream cheese, we wrap said peño in the sausage, then bacon and voilà! An armadillo has laid an egg! We have zero waste around these parts, and sometimes you have to be creative ! But we love that part of the process. The best part ? Each armadillo egg is different depending on the sausage we made that week ! Summer is almost over but we’re still going strong ! Come and stop in today !

We have some really fun stuff in the counter this weekend ! We brought in some delectable beef cheeks, perfect for slow roasting and making fantastic tacos out of. We also brought in some Denver steaks —well-marbled, tender, and flavorful cut of beef taken from the under-blade portion of the cow’s chuck (shoulder). If you’ve been wanting to try our steaks, this is a budget friendly option, with great flavor ! We have some Teres major, also another great cut from the shoulder.
