We’ve had a fun and busy summer - a huge thanks to the community and all the visitors for entrusting us to make food your events, provide the best cuts of meat, and whip up a sammy for lunch. The utmost gratitude to our crew, who show up day in and day out with their talents, enthusiasm, and care for our customers - the best!

We love what we’re doing and appreciate you all! With foliage around the corner, we’re going to take a few days off this week - Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept 8 and 9. We’ll be back in action on Thursday, Sept. 10…until then, thank you!!

Vermont is a great place to be in the summer (well, all the time, as far as we're concerned!) and if you're like us, so many friends and family want to come visit this time of year! If you are hosting, entertaining, planning a big grill-out, or sitting by the smoker watching the temp, we'd love to help! This is one of our favorite times of the year since every part of our shop is bustling. We're grateful to be THE local butcher in this area, so we hope to see you in the shop this summer.

Hey we’re taking a little break! We’ll be closed from Sunday April 19, until Monday April 27 (back in action on Tuesday the 28th). We’ll be charging batteries and tending to other parts of life, and returning to get geared up for summertime.

Massive gratitude to our crew: OB, Josh, Spike, Sean, and Jack. They are wonderful people to be around, and care so much about all that goes on in here. From sourcing to prepping, cooking and cutting - we have a stellar crew and we’re grateful! Speaking of which - if you or someone you know wants to rock with us this summer and maybe beyond, we’ll be hiring!
