Hey we’re taking a little break! We’ll be closed from Sunday April 19, until Monday April 27 (back in action on Tuesday the 28th). We’ll be charging batteries and tending to other parts of life, and returning to get geared up for summertime.

Massive gratitude to our crew: OB, Josh, Spike, Sean, and Jack. They are wonderful people to be around, and care so much about all that goes on in here. From sourcing to prepping, cooking and cutting - we have a stellar crew and we’re grateful! Speaking of which - if you or someone you know wants to rock with us this summer and maybe beyond, we’ll be hiring!

We are ready for the game AND to help feed you and the crew! Check out some tasty offerings out of our butchery, and from the kitchen. Always good to preorder (Lasagna and Mac and cheese especially) but we’ll be well stocked up all week. Give us a call, email or drop on by! 🚨New Sausage Alert! This month we begin a monthly rotation of our Sausage Program, using only the best Vermont grown pork, the freshest ingredients, and the expertise of Josh our Head Butcher. We’ll be featuring them in our daily specials and deli case, fresh for cooking in the Butchery case, and frozen in our retail freezer. We hope you’ll come along with us each month! We will still have all the other House sausages in regular stock that we typically make.

This week Josh grabbed some of our house made pesto, fresh mozzarella, freshly ground chicken, and tomatoes. It’s bright, light, and delish!
