I’ve searched, and I still haven’t found another business exactly like Dad’s Keto Kitchen: a dedicated meal prep kitchen AND specialty bakery covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert—with a commitment to being 100% sugar-free, gluten-free, seed oil-free, and dye-free. All low-carb and keto.
Some come close. None I've found do all. And yes, they all matter.
That combination is something I’m proud of. But what happens behind the scenes matters just as much.
We make our own seasoning blends, dressings, and sauces from scratch. Those details take time, but they give us control over what goes into your food—and how it tastes. A sauce shouldn’t undermine the standards of the meal it’s served with. A sauce deserves the same attention as the food underneath it.
From breakfast bagels and quiche to prepared dinners, pizzas, and bakery treats, our goal is to give you variety you can look forward to throughout your day.
Now, we’re working on our next chapter: therapeutic ketogenic meals. That means bringing even greater precision to recipe development while keeping flavor and the experience of eating at the center of our work.
You may hear the name "Ratio Meals". That's our therapeutic side, one that works with the exploding field of metabolic psychiatry.
