In 2010 we discovered our daughter Elizabeth was gluten-sensitive, she was 18 months old. Immediately Mandy started mixing Gluten-Free flours together to create a master mix that would react the same as any AP Flour. After a year of experimentation she found the right combination. Now we are sharing Ella Bella’s flour and mixes with everyone. You too can enjoy delectable GF baked goods at home like you never thought possible.

It is with great joy and a little sadness that Ella Bella has a new owner. 11 years after developing a great gluten free flour blend from scratch, it is time for me to move on.

Amber at is a wonderful human who cares for the quality of food as much as I do. I have confidence she will love and nurture EB.

Ella Bella will continue to have the same name and quality flour blend that you have grown to love.
