“Chopped” Mystery Box # 3!!

Here’s what made with halibut, corn, grapefruit, romaine and mini yukon potatoes. ALL items had to touch the grill. 💥

Sooo- Here’s what I ( ) made with the mystery basket from …

Pan-Seared Skate Wing with a Pear Brown Butter Sauce over Cauliflower “Fried Rice”.

Box ingredients included:
skate, orange cauliflower, parlsey, ginger, lemon, pear, garlic, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and tiger pepper

What would you have made?!

As soon as I saw the cauliflower come out of the box, I knew where I was headed. Oh, and I would have gotten chopped even though the dish turned out great because I forgot to use the tomatoes!! 🫣😅
