We have had a super busy season this year, we have been staying super close to capacity all season this year and running summer sausage through rifle season has made people’s wait times longer than years past thanks everyone for bearing with us! And thank you for all the business we really appreciate it!
We are hoping to keep space open from now till the end of season!
We will be open Christmas Eve morning for drop offs but as years past we will have a $60 holiday fee added to anything that comes in, we will be closed Christmas Eve evening and closed on Christmas Day all day, and then will be open the rest of the season and a couple days after January 1st.

We are full but if you can debone your meat into fist size pieces we can take it that way so all we have to do is grind and package, (and you’ll have to leave your cooler here) just an option for people I have had countless calls today, I apologize to everyone about being full we are working as hard as we can to keep up I should have 14 spots open for tomorrow as long as we can finish everything we need to today thank you
