To all Red Hawk customers, friends and family, the time has come to step away and take a break. As of today, we will be going on an extended hiatus. I will be maintaining the Red Hawk page for any announcements as well as keeping the domain. At this time, we will no longer be doing business under the Red Hawk Premium Peppers name.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you ALL for your continued support and business over the years. I've met some incredible people and had some amazing experiences to say the least!

Dear Red Hawk customers,
A couple folks mentioned that the latest batch of our Wildfire wild chile sauce didn't have as much of a smokey note. I've got a different source of smoked paprika and have upped the amount of wild chiles in the recipe. That'll do it!
