The Roadstand may not be open quite yet, but we have our homegrown asparagus available at the butcher shop now. Stopping in today 8 AM to 5 PM. We will be closed tomorrow but we will reopen Thursday and Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM.

Just a reminder, we are still accepting deer meat for Processing through Saturday, March 28. We are open Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and we are closed Wednesdays and Sundays.

As another Winter season nears an end, inklings of Spring emerge, the season of Deer processing approaches its closing days, and Easter dawns, heralding brighter days. If you want to partake with a celebratory or ceremonial ham, we have you covered. We are accepting orders for Easter hams from now through Saturday, April 4th.
Available in two varieties:
Bone-In for $3.79 per pound
Boneless for $4.79 per pound

We know a lot of our deer hunters are also goose hunters. Just a reminder we can make all of the same products that we make out of deer meat out of goose meat. February is a big month for making goose products so if you have some boneless goose breasts in the freezer that you don’t know what to do with, or if you just got done your goose hunting season, bring it down to the butcher shop for some tasty treats.
