We mourn the loss of a beloved friend and customer at Collage, Rick Smith. Rick was not only a legend in the Realestate World, but he was a great supporter of small business in York. Rick always made it a point to shop local with us and encouraged his clients to do the same. He believed in the American Dream and that hard-work, dedication, and customer service were keys to success. Rick was a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with the past 17 years. Rick will be missed by all of us at Collage, and our deepest sympathies go out to Mrs. Smith and the Smith Family. With love- Whitney
