THIS WEEK’S FARM SHARE SPOTLIGHT: LEEKS! 🥬

Sweet, tender, and full of flavor, leeks are one of our favorite ways to make a simple meal feel special. 💚

Try this easy recipe: Creamy Sautéed Leeks

3–4 fresh leeks, cleaned and sliced
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste
A sprinkle of Parmesan (optional)
👩‍🍳 Directions:

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced leeks and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then finish with Parmesan if desired.
Serve alongside roasted potatoes, chicken, fish, or crusty bread. Delicious! 😋
