Have you tried our Sausage of the Month yet?

We've teamed up with Noni's Kitchen, LLC again, this time using their amazing Blackberry Hot Lava in a delicious Pork Sausage.

Pictured below is a couple of links that were slow cooked, adding more Blackberry Hot Lava and a little water to the pan to take it to the next level!

This would be wonderful as a snack or appetizer, or even with some scrambled eggs for breakfast!

If you have shopped in our Youngsville store in the last 3 years, there is a very high likelihood that you have encountered these 2 young ladies.

Like so many others, they started "at the bottom." Ava was a bagger to start - Kenlie was a cashier initially. They both showed up ready to learn and to show they wanted to do more. They both have trained many of our subsequent staff members that have come behind them.

Considering we were both of their first jobs, they are leaving us as very experienced, key pieces of our team.

Today was the last day for Ava and Kenlie, and for that we are sad. But we are also thankful for the time they spent with us. Serving you, our customer. Helping their coworkers. And bringing smiles day in and day out.

Ava and Kenlie, we wish you the best as you move on. Don't forget us. Be sure to stop by when you're in the area!
