Soaring Swine Acres is owned by Mary Ruhter, a retired teacher and Southern soul transplanted to California. All products are created by Mary and her son, Michael, who cook side by side in Martha's Kitchen, a restaurant in Moreno Valley, CA. Recipes have been handed down from family or are original to Mary and Michael. Our logo was created by our artist daughter, Amanda Lynn. Husband Ralph inspire
