Tues June 2 from 4:30-7pm itβs Taco Tuesday by Rowan&Rose! Tap through to get the full details! π
π― Taco Tuesday Is Happening! π―
We've been going back and forth on it, but we're doing it.
Last week was a little funky between my recovery, graduation events, and being away from the market more than usual. We missed seeing a lot of our regulars, so we're making up for it with a special Taco Tuesday dinner service!
(Okay, technically it's more of a Burrito Tuesday, but nobody has invented a Burrito Tuesday yet.)
π
Tuesday, June 2
π Lakeview Market
π 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
βοΈ Weather permitting
πΏ Come check out all the plants while you're here!
Every burrito is wrapped in one of our homemade tortillas, loaded with delicious melty cheese, and made with locally grown herbs, vegetables, and yum.
We'll be serving a smaller menu, but it's packed with some of our biggest customer favorites:
π’ Chicken Verde Burrito β $6.50
Slow-cooked chicken in our Everything-But-the-Lime Salsa Verde, made with vegetables and herbs we grow ourselves. Topped with roasted corn and our homemade lime-cilantro crema. One of our best sellers for a reason.
π΄ Comanche Burrito β $6.50
Oklahoma-raised bison, slow-cooked beans, bacon, locally grown herbs and vegetables, all finished with our smoky chipotle crema. Rich, hearty, and absolutely packed with flavor.
π₯ Buttermilk Chicken Bacon Ranch Anniversary Burrito β $6.50
Chicken marinated for 24 hours in buttermilk, garden-grown herbs, fresh dill, and ranch seasonings, then paired with smoky bacon, melty cheese, and our homemade ranch dressing.
π₯ Potato Skillet Burrito β $5
Oklahoma-grown potatoes, sweet peppers, Hatch peppers, and plenty of melty cheese. Simple, comforting, and delicious.
π± Vegetarian Bean Option Available
For anyone skipping pork, we also make a vegetarian version of our beans using Hen of the Woods mushrooms for that rich, savory flavor.
π² We may also have a limited amount of our 11-Hour Jambalaya available. If you'd like a bowl or two, send me a DM so I can get an idea of interest.
As always, we'll be serving until 7 PM or until we sell out.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support us week after week. Last week's schedule was a little unusual, but we're getting back on track, and I'm feeling better every day.
So tomorrow, skip cooking dinner.
Grab a burrito, wander through the garden, have a picnic, catch a movie, spend time with your family, or just enjoy a beautiful evening at the market.
We'll take care of dinner.
β€οΈ See y'all Tuesday, June 2, at Lakeview Market.
