GROVE 95 is Open For Brunch This Weekend! Mexican or American! Take your pick!
We had about 10 people ask us if we added sugar to our orange juice last weekend because they can’t believe how good it tastes!
We use a blend of tangelo’s tangerines and oranges to achieve a perfect flavor profile on our delicious citrus delight, Juice, which we have ready to go as well!
 we are on our way with a bin of watermelons and a couple boxes of sweet corn as well!

Got some new watermelon in from Gila Valley Farms! Big Boys!

Locally grown and absolutely oozing with sugar.

One of the fun parts about my job is sourcing products.

Everybody talks about the farmers, and rightfully so, but like I tell kids on our field trips: farming is pointless unless you can move it, cool it, sell it, and get it to the customer fresh.

The people inside the coolers, packing sheds, and offices are a huge part of what keeps this whole thing turning.

I always enjoy the conversations and stories that come along with those stops.

Trans-West Cooling is one of those multigenerational Yuma operations that’s about as local as local gets, and it’s always a pleasure hearing stories about the dream that was, and still is, Yuma agriculture from a different perspective.

These monsters are $9.99 each and can feed a group. 🍉

Our Local Watermelon Growers had what we call a “Blood Bath” last year in terms of what the markets did. Some chose to stay out of the season entirely this year.

Fortunately this year is shaping up to look like it’s going to be a good one.

It costs us more for them but, I just saw over 100 men and women with employment out working the melons coming in from the fields, that is very important for our Community, and when farmers can make money, we can afford to do it again next year.

Thank you to everyone working their butts off here in town providing the Nation with delicious melons!

Harvested an hour ago 2 miles down the street! The Delicate bicolor sweet corn is my personal favorite, softer and thinner membrane, high sugar content.

This will only be here for a week or so, especially with the heat we’re going to be receiving!

Happy Birthday to my sister Sarah Palmer, the best Realtor in Yuma and still one of the toughest competitors I know.

Long before the real estate world, Sarah (and therefore me) spent her childhood under the lights and desert sunsets of Yuma’s ball fields; Joe Henry, Woodard, Sanguinetti, Kennedy, the places that built a lot of us and are still used daily in 2026.

What started on these dusty fields eventually led her and two other Yuma girls all the way to Angelo State University and eventually to Florida, where they stood together holding an NCAA Division II National Championship trophy over their heads.

Not bad for a couple of girls from Yuma, Arizona.

The older I get, the more I realize that same discipline, loyalty, and drive she had back then is exactly why she’s so good at what she does now.

If you want somebody honest, hardworking, professional, and genuinely invested in her clients, she’s your person whether you’re buying, selling, or building.

Happy Birthday Sarah. Love you and proud of you
