We were saddened to learn that a previous vendor, Rich Costa, who provided horse-drawn carriage rides through Shiloh Park, has passed away suddenly at the age of 34. He was always happy to talk about horses and their care with the Market patrons.

Due to the high wave action on the lakefront over the past several weeks and particularly this past weekend, 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 will be 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 until further notice. It is currently unsafe for walking on as one side of the boardwalk has settled almost a foot into the sand because of ongoing erosion. Please enjoy Hosah Park by staying on the trails as much as possible. The waterfront is open for walking as well. We are evaluating if we can keep part of the current boardwalk intact at this time. We may need to remove further sections as we have had to do over the past year. This is not an easy decision, but the lake level and high wave action have taken a toll on the infrastructure of this park amenity.
