Greetings Beautiful People, it all your choice. We have both raw and carefully cooked vegan food. On the raw side we have Kale Salad, Cucumber Salad, Freshly Grated Beets, Cauliflower Rice, Nori Rolls w/Almond Hummus and Walnut Pattie. The other platter includes Brown Rice, Scalloped Red Potatoes in Coconut Milk, Barbecued Oyster Mushrooms, Kale Salad and Freshly Grated Beets. You can add plantain or Avocado for $1 extra on the platter.

Speedy Redemption is here at your service. We will help you stay mucus free with our live food platters. This platter consist of our signature walnut patty, plantain salad, kale salad, sun bliss cauliflower, and bulgar wheat. You can order a large for $20 or small for $15. With WAPA being one of the greatest challenges, live raw meals are the way to go...all plant based. No heating, just the way nature created it for us. Just a little touch of food combinations to bring out the flavors of these heart healthy foods.
