Tiny blooms, big farm work. 🌿

This little plant is reminding us that growth starts small, even on the messy days. We’re in the nursery, rooting, checking, and caring for the details that make bigger harvests possible.

Remember as summer heat arrives:
-water earlier and later in the day
- treat plants with organic fertilizers or pesticides in the evenings
-mulch
-water even adult fruit trees

Happy World Bee Day (May 20) 🐝

Pollinators make the harvest possible. They are the quiet workforce behind fruit set, seed saving, and resilient food systems across our islands.

Today we are honoring the bees by doing what we always do: protecting habitat, relocating hives with care, and teaching what keeps colonies thriving.

Plant a flower plant today, sprinkle some local wild seeds! Join our global community in honoring bees today!

Honeybees are the quiet architects of resilience.

Every hive we tend is a step toward stronger Caribbean food systems. Their pollination fuels not just crops, but the movement to reclaim our food sovereignty.

Imagine a region where every harvest is rooted in cultural pride and climate resilience. This is the future we’re cultivating, one bee at a time.

Curious how regenerative beekeeping can transform your business or community? Let’s connect and grow together. 🐝

Hidden hands shape every bloom’s story. What does it take to grow beauty that feeds both land and culture? Each hibiscus reminds us: farming is daily resilience, not just a harvest. We’re rooting for more than food here. Want to see how real change grows? Join us in the movement. 🌺

They don't clock in. They just work. 🐔

These two are doing what regenerative farming actually looks like. No filters, no fanfare. Just chickens turning soil, cycling nutrients, and playing their part in a living system.

This is the unglamorous, beautiful, everyday work we're rooting in.

What does your food system look like behind the scenes? Drop it below. 👇

Not every harvest moment looks like a harvest. 🌿

Sometimes it's just two hands and a mango, checking if the time is right.

This is the part nobody talks about. The waiting. The watching. Learning to read what the tree is telling you.

This is what growing food on Caribbean soil actually looks like.

Follow along. We're sharing more of the real work this season.

Dirt on eggs means they're real. 🥚

No factory. No mystery.

Just hens doing their thing and herbs drying in the island air.

This is what honest food looks like. Grown here, harvested here, rooted in this soil.

If you've ever wondered what a working Caribbean farm actually looks like, this is it.

Follow along. We're just getting started.
