Our fish sauce begins with freshly caught black anchovies, brought straight from the boats to our fish sauce factory for processing at peak freshness. Combined with only sea salt and time, the fish are slowly fermented to develop a deep, clean umami rich with character.
Nothing added, nothing unnecessary. Just black anchovies, sea salt, and patience, the traditional way to create pure Vietnamese fish sauce. πβ¨
