Freezers are loaded for market!
We’re bringing a few new ones out this weekend plus lots of our classics.

Pm me to beat the crowd, special orders are pre-paid and taken in up till Friday 4pm. Shop easy at market knowing your stuff is stored in our third freezer till you’re ready to go home.

Next batch of Landjaeger is wrapped up!
It take 3-4 weeks to make this as it’s a dry aged process and worth the wait;)

Yes they are traditionally done square but all I care about is that they taste right!
It’ll fit in my mouth just fine;) Bwahahaha!!

Picked up a few things at Wholly Handmade Market this weekend. Traded Mustard Pickles for the Hottest Hunny I could find, lunches with savoury Asian Five Spiced BBQ meats and a trio of elixirs to jazz up my cocktails!

We made it home “Butter side up” thx to Baron’s lucky ass;) Note to self, do the walk around;)

Reorganizing the front display and planning our snacks tonight. BBQ Pork Steaks & cutlets along with bacon wrapped water chestnuts & Pickled Rutabagas we are calling Pinky’s!!

They are our twist on a MidEastern favourite made Sugar Free, flavoured with garlic, salt, vinegar & black peppercorns and brightly colored by shredded beets. Super crunchy like pickled carrots and tangy enough to be the only veggie chunk on the charcuterie platter.

Save the juice to make your next salad dressing by adding in your fav oil, maybe some tahini or sesame oil and a touch of sweetness or mustard.
We dont waste anything if I can help it;)
