Gear Food is now available in the East Rand.

Gear Foods was established in 2016 in Nelspruit and has since expanded to 4 branches with Gear-Food - East Rand being the 5th branch countrywide. Gear Foods is also a division of That Prep Life based in the Bloemfontein area.

What is Gear Food and That Prep Life?
People often get confused when talking about health food ( Diet ) and healthier living.... When thinking about diet food the first thing that comes to mind is tasteless no fun food, very little seasoning or no seasoning at all.

Gear Food is not a Diet, we are focused on promoting a healthier lifestyle with our calorie based meal plans, our meal plans fall into 3 categories, Maintain, Cut, or build. Each package caters to the individual need of the customer with higher and lower calorie based servings.

Because we use only top quality ingredients and spices sourced from local and known suppliers you can rest easy knowing that we at Gear Food qaurantee fresh food that tastes great.
