For years, the Brakpan SPCA has been a sanctuary for animals in need. We believe that every animal deserves a chance at a life full of love and safety. However, fulfilling this mission comes with a constant financial demand, and right now, we are facing a tough period.

We are calling on our business community and compassionate individuals to partner with us through our "Sponsor-A-Kennel" initiative. This isn't just about giving; it's about investing in the future of animal care in our town.

Your sponsorship guarantees that the lights stay on, the bowls stay full, and our doors remain open for every animal that needs us.

Weather forecast looking a bit grey? Don’t let that stop you! We’ve had a few questions about the weather, and the answer is simple: We are going ahead, rain or shine! 🐾

Our animals don't take "days off" from needing love, and they are already wagging their tails in anticipation. They are expecting us, and we won’t let them down! Whether it’s sunny skies or a few raindrops, the shelter will be full of warmth and wagging tails.

🧤 FUN WEATHER TIP: If the clouds roll in, grab your wellies (gumboots) and your rain jackets! There’s nothing like a "puddle-jumping" dog walk or a cozy cattery cuddle to brighten a rainy day. Let's show our furry friends that we're there for them no matter what!

09h00 – 12h00: Time to get stuck in! Walk a dog, brush a cat, help with a bath, or just give some much-needed cuddles.
