When to introduce these new ferments!? 🤔😎

18 vacuum sealed ferments have been fermenting for the past 3 months.
More batches of your favourites, Smoked Cherry and Botanical Blaze, along with some brand new sauces which a bunch of new flavours.

Ps. There’s still another 20 ferments in jars and buckets that are patiently waiting (some for over a year already) to be turned into flavour packed sauces 🤩

With varied success growing chillies over the last few seasons, I feel like I’m getting closer to the end goal 🌱💪🏼

I’ve started the Kratky Method this season, and with a good few of the plants not looking too hot, these guys have been flaring 🥳
There is still lots to learn and lots to tweak, to ensure that all plants are flaring, but that’ll be next seasons problem 😉🤣

This Peppa Peach Stripey here is full of pods, this most I’ve had ever 🙏🏼

When your passion becomes your persona 🔥🌶️

Nowadays, Bobjan has become my persona and I answer to Bobby 😅

One of the sacrifices that has to be made during the summer months, is to choose another passion, a passion for sport, to take preference over being at markets and festivals for Bobjan Sauce.

This past weekend made all those sacrifices worth it, as I had just scored my maiden career century for 💯
A club where I’ve spent 13 years and over 200 matches at 🏏
