Pork neck steaks from Farmers Butchery in Knysna.
Seasoned with Essence of Fire Oil & Grandpa’s Spice, & smoked with Wild Olive wood shavings 💨🔥
And then finished off with Red Bush Tamer over the top of the steak, and Smoked Cherry over the sweet potatoes, along with Whiskey Chilli Salt over the green beans 😮‍💨

But everyone loves a comeback story, and this one is sure to stick around for a long time 😎

This is my take on the classic lemon & herb styled sauce, with a few extra added goodies in it 🍋🍋‍🟩🌿

After the first batch flew off the shelves when it was first made, I knew that it was a winner! So I decided to prep 5 more of these tasty ferments at the beginning of the year.

This one is sure to divide opinion 🤭

A Yellow Moruga Scorpion ferment…. With juniper berries and lemon.
A fearsome sauce that will have you running to get more juniper berries in the form of a G&T 🍹

A new venture for me 😁

A Jalapeno Salsa ferment made with the warm spices of the Caribbean 🏝️

When to introduce these new ferments!? 🤔😎

18 vacuum sealed ferments have been fermenting for the past 3 months.
More batches of your favourites, Smoked Cherry and Botanical Blaze, along with some brand new sauces which a bunch of new flavours.

Ps. There’s still another 20 ferments in jars and buckets that are patiently waiting (some for over a year already) to be turned into flavour packed sauces 🤩
