We’re making our 72 hour fermented flour based topped with an array of Belly of the Beast favourite toppings. Cocktail of the evening will be our version of brannas, artisanal local small batch brandy & Chinotto too.

We source our produce from incredible farmers! We were bloody excited to pick up our fresh hand pressed 100% pomegranate juice. A family farm run by Lourens and his lovely mom Megan. Small batch from their acco varietal, it doesn’t have any bitterness to it. We blast freeze the juice to keep it nutrient rich. We also use the juice in our summer Negroni, while it’s in season. Are you a pomegranate fan?

Our 72 hour fermented Pizza al taglio made with flour~ Roman pizza baked in a tray sold by the slice🍕 We grew up eating pizza al taglio, in Italy & at home. The last trip our Dad sent us on was to perfect our family recipe as a pizza al taglio school. We’ve spent MONTHS making sure the characteristics are the same as in Rome! Crisp exterior, airy interior with toppings that are both local & brought in from Italy. We’re bloody proud of our pizza al taglio and we know The Big Boss would be too.
