We're stocking up on all our winter cuts for the cold months ahead🍖. Like this beautiful sliced beef shin, destined for an Osso Buco.🍲

Recipe Below

Ingredients:

4 beef shin slices
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup dry white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Grated lemon zest (optional)
Instructions:

Brown beef shin in olive oil, then set aside.
Sauté onion, carrots, and celery until softened.
Add garlic then pour in broth, diced tomatoes, and wine to simmer.
Return beef to skillet, cover, and simmer for 2-2.5 hours until tender.
Adjust seasoning. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon zest.
Enjoy!
