Sweet Times in Constantia! 🐝✨

We had a "lekker" morning hosting the one and only Yusuf Daniels from Living Lekker at our Constantia apiary!

Our head beekeepers, Toufiq and Tracey, took Yusuf deep into the world of the honeybee, showing him exactly what goes on inside our busy hives. From checking the health of the colony to spotting the queen, it was a day filled with education, a few laughs, and—of course—plenty of liquid gold.

It’s always a joy to share our passion for sustainable beekeeping with someone who appreciates the local flavor of Cape Town as much as we do. Thanks for buzzing by, Yusuf!

🍯 The "Better-Than-Bakery" Banana, Honey and Muesli Muffins 🍌

​Looking for that perfect firm but moist bite? We’ve taken the classic banana muffin and leveled it up with the natural sweetness of TnT Multi-Flora Honey and the crunch of Carbon Nuts Muesli.
​Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a lunchbox win, these are a guaranteed hit!

​The Recipe (Makes ~24 Muffins)

​Dry Ingredients:
​2 ½ cups All-purpose flour
​1 cup .cpt Muesli
​3 tsp Baking powder + 1 tsp Baking soda
​1 tsp Cinnamon + ½ tsp Salt

​Wet Ingredients:
​4 overripe bananas (mashed)
​⅔ cup TnT Multi-Flora Honey
​½ cup + 1 tbsp Melted butter
​2 Large eggs
​2 tbsp Milk + 1 tsp Vanilla essence

​Optional Mix-ins:
​¾ cup Chopped nuts + ⅔ cup Dark chocolate chips

​How to make them:
​Whisk your dry ingredients in one bowl and your wet ingredients in another.
​Gently fold the wet into the dry (don’t overmix!).
​Bake at 170°C for 18–22 minutes until golden and springy.
