Bookings are open for our June Feast 🥩🍷✨ As usual, on the last Wednesday of the month, we’ll back inside the heart of our Woodstock butchery for another intimate Feast Night: expect loads of courses, loads of wine (from ) and family-style service in the warm glow of the shop after dark.

This is what we do best: ethically sourced, grass-fed, free-range meat – butchered with respect, cooked with care, and shared the way it should be. Whether it’s a midweek date night, a long-overdue catch-up with friends, or simply an excuse to settle in for a proper cosy evening of good food and good company – this is your sign to book.

Menu revealed on the night. Arrive hungry.

Lemon & Black Pepper Lamb Ribs & Racks ✨Some cuts do the work for you. Good lamb, a bit of heat, a bit of acid – and time.

✨ How we’d cook it:
– Bring to room temp
– Roast low and slow until tender (120 degrees for around 1 and a half hours)
– Finish on high heat or over coals to crisp and caramelise

Eat it with your hands. Preferably outside.

✨ What Travis would do with the leftovers: Lamb Rib Egg Fried Rice ✨

– 500 g pulled lamb ribs
– 500 g cooked white rice fried in a pan (long grain/basmati/jasmine all work well)
– 2 large eggs beaten
– 4 tablespoons soy sauce (or gluten free tamari)
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 100 g frozen peas
– Fresh coriander, chopped spring onions or sliced red chillies to garnish (optional)

Fast, salty, deeply satisfying.

Easter Spiced Rolled Lamb Belly ✨ Rich, layered and unapologetically indulgent. This is the one you bring out to properly impress.

✨ How we’d cook it:
– Roast low and slow until soft and tender (Covered for about 3 to 4 hours at 140)
– Let it rest
– Slice thick
– Pro tip. Crisp slices in a hot pan or over hot coals before serving

Sticky, golden, just a little excessive.

✨ What Travis would do with the leftovers: Lamb Belly & Egg Breakfast Bun ✨

– Slice leftover belly, fry in a pan.
– Fry egg
– Roasted balsamic baby tomatoes
– Hellmans mayo
– Place all the above on a warmed, soft bun

Breakfast, sorted. Or lunch. Or both.

Easter Lamb Leg ✨ The one that anchors the feast. This is Easter, properly done.

✨ How we’d cook it:
– Bring to room temp
– Season well
– Roast at 180°C until done to your liking. We suggest internal temp of around 55 degrees
– Rest properly before carving

Simple. No shortcuts.

✨ What Candice would do with the leftovers: Lamb Nachos ✨

– Spread nachos on a large plate or board
– Top with warmed leftover lamb, pulled or sliced
– Add fresh chopped tomatoes, avo jalapeños and shredded lettuce
– Dollop over mint style tzatziki and scatter fresh coriander and mint
– Serve straight away while the nachos are still crisp
Messy, generous, and hard to stop eating.
