Choose one or two superfoods this time, and build on your stock each month. To start, try cacao powder + any one of the other powders; it would still give an excellent nutrient kickstart to your day. โ

Right. Here goes! Pop these ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth: โ

โข 1 avo or banana โ
โข ยฝ cup berries โ fresh or frozen โ
โข 2 cups liquid โ coconut/ almond/ choice of milk โ
โข ยฝ tsp moringa powder โ
โข ยฝ tsp kale powder โ
โข ยฝ tsp spirulina powder โ
โข 2 tsp baobab powder โ
โข ยผ cup cacao powder โ
โข 1 tsp acai berry powder โ
โข ยผ cup dates โ
โข 2 Tbsp birch sugarโ
โข ยผ cup almondsโ
โข 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds โ
โข 1 tsp cinnamon โ
