ONE SERVING COLLAGEN COOKIE RECIPE 💛

INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 cup The Happy Being Co Vanilla Porridge
Pinch of Salt
1⁄8t baking powder
1T xylitol
1T coconut oil, melted
1t milk or milk alternative
80% dark chocolate, chopped

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease an ovenproof ramekin.
2. In a small mixing bowl, add The Happy Being Co Vanilla Porridge, salt and baking powder. Mix to combine.
3. Add the xylitol, coconut oil and milk, stir to mix through.
4. Mix in the chocolate pieces and pour the mixture into the greased ramekin. It should be a firm, doughy consistency.
5. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C or until golden around the edges. Enjoy!
